UK Data Centers with live chat?

Hey,

Could people list some UK Data Centers which actually have live chat, I get sick of e-mailing people like UK Easily who never reply, thank-you :)

UK Easily are normally quick at replying to emails and also have live chat, but that's my experience with them.

I've had a quick look at the UK dedicated server providers but can't see any live chat. I'll provide a few links anyways since they may help you.

RackSRV: http://racksrv.net/
My experience with them: Fast at replying to emails, infact.. a reply within 15 minutes.

PoundHost: http://www.poundhost.com/
My experience with them: Replied to my emails within 5 hours.

There are a lot more but those are my choices for UK servers.

If you are looking at poundhost go straight to the source, they use the bluesquaredata.com datacenter in maidenhead , from all experience I have had with them (indirectly) they have been brilliant.
