Well let me explain things to everyone. First and for most I am the owner of Raversworld.com and I just would like to say that I am sorry for leaving the company stranded. Now I know there is probably no room for excuses but just hear me out. I'm now an officail US Army Soldier. and because of the fact that I have been in basic training since January 15th I have not been able to use a phone or a computer for that matter. For all people that live in the US know that the army is no joke and you especially know it if your friends or even you have enlisted. I enlisted on such short notice. I swore in on January 8th 2008 and shipped to Basic Training Jan 15th. So I had to get prepped for a lot of things. It is my duty to take care of the company and. If you read this Thorny, I am terribly sorry for leaving you stranded. Which is why I am going to start up a company after I get out of A.I.T (advanced individual training) which is what my job is. (networking of course). Please if you have paid for anything such as hosting or I gave you hosting for free let me know because this new company is going to be unstoppable. As I am typing this up I and brainstorming new company names, ideas, and also looking for actual employers. Only about 2 people to start off with. I am also terribly sorry for screwing some people financially. Which is why when I open, if you were paying for services you may contact me via email (not set up yet but will post soon) and I will grant a fully 6 months package to you for free. Like I said it was a quick decision and there is no excuse for abandoning a company but when duty calls you run to it. Now I hope that some of you all will have some heart and try to forgive me for what I have done. One of the 7 army core values is Duty and I failed to do my duty which is to provide quality hosting to those who need it. But as I progress through this I will be dedicated to this company and perform to the best of my capability. As of right now that is all I have to say I am not sure when I can get back on the computer but I will check on this thread soon enough. Sorry for any inconvience and any trouble.

Sincerly,
John

Glad to see you do live, and I give you props for joining the army, but if you knew you had been going to, you should have setup MONTHS in advance, so if you did end up going to training, you would be able to cover yourself and customers.

I wish you luck with the new company, and hope George W. Bush doesn't get your arse killed... (I personally would have waited until he was out of office, but thats your choice:P)

Best of luck to you and props for joining. But as Skylar said, it maybe would have been a bit wiser to wait until the next election.

Heh, great to have you back, and best of luck to you in the future.

As for Thorny, his reputation is lost here. Just scroll through the threads in Host Talk.. You'll find it.

meh, after boot camp, he will go home for a couple weeks probably, then go train for his actual job which will be at least a few more months more than likely, so, he probably wont do a tour while Bush is in. and with doing com work, it would be easy to get stationed in Germany, unless he wants actions in Iraq.
