I ran a radio station online using SHOUTcast before and never required Unmetered Bandwidth. Strange eh. ;)

You will have no problem getting a VPS for it bud. Hell, I could provide you with an ideal package but not Unmetered Bandwidth.

Becasue Shoutcasts do generally use a lot of bandwdith.

I just need a VPS with a lisence. Is it so hard to find :(

You will still be talking about $25+ per month. That would also be with you getting the SHOUTcast License yourself.
Basically, quality does not come cheap so if you want quality, you have got to spend for it.

Yes, it would be better for us, as all we'd need is just simple services installed on the server
