How do I report someone?

I keep getting an annoying spam PM from CoolWebStuff. Is there a way I can report him?

I got this too, so he wasn't too smart with his spamming ;). Always PM a mod/admin and we can get this sorted on the chance one of us don't get it.

vBulletin is a pain when it comes to PM's.
Even if you delete the PM it still exists inside the DB.
I've had a few of these PM spammers, they managed to spam up a few hundred accounts each before we noticed. pain in the behind to remove from the backups.

reason: spamming about religion through PM. i've been on about 5 different vBulletin forums, and this user has had the same username, spamming the same crap over and over. stupid thing is, when you ban them and delete, vBulletin doesn't remove the PMs sent automatically from the database. so they still exist in the backup.

I get PM notification from that spammer at a few "forgotten I joined" forums :D

ah, that makes sence. i thought it was just posting that had to be moderated.
it's a spam bot with her and a few others i've seen a few times. loads i've seen after banning them are still sending PMs for hours on end, until they return to the computer to find they have been foiled and permission errors on PM's being denied.
