Is there a free file host where anyone can upload and download to my public folder but allows for anyone to do it without registering (besides myself). And files are in organized folders?

Its got 50gb of storage and direct linking is allowed when you set your file to share with public.

I'm using it and its pretty good.

AFAIK, Gmx.com, along with free email, offers also free file storage.
