I need someone that knows what they are doing without having to ask me what do you want the next page to look like. I have designed the home page and basic outline of the home page will give you the best possible idea as to what this site is and how it needs to function. I will design other pages such as sub pages etc... but I need someone who understands what they are doing and can work fast.

I am looking for a php programing partner to go in 50 - 50 ownership with me on this site. The site is called ( www.siteaim.com ) Its a Craigs List / SitePoint website combined.

If you don't want to go 50 - 50 ownership please state your price below and I will get in contact with you asap.

Thank you very much and have a nice day.

P.S. I wont show the design because its not done. I just need to find a programmer who knows what they are doing 100 % of the time. that doesn't have to stop and ask what does this need to do.. blah blah blah.

Thank you!

i do php for $30/hour or contract work. contract is typically the better way to go to save on cost. contact me via msn if interested.

The thing with going per hour is, Whos to say you wouldn't take your time? whos to say you wouldn't be out doing your own thing saying "this is taking long thats why" It's to risky in my honest opinion.

what would a contract work be like? explain more about what that is please

PM me exact details so that i can give you a reasonable quote, and include a budget you have set in mind. if it is in my range of what i would charge, i will accept, otherwise i will see if i can do it for what you have set in mind. you can also send me the details to my email. jstgermain[at]methodcomptech[dot]com email is preferred over the PM method.

I may be able to help you, I charge by a per script basis. I quote the expense of the script due to the amount of programming, the type of script, the number of features, security and the time it takes.

Please drop me a line if you are interested.

Dealing with people over the internet is a sketchy thing to do. Take no offence to this Glenn, but I have never herd of you so to be honest with you I would most likely go with Krakjoe or method sorry

If you can nail them down, Trevor (tree), Colin or Carl (stuffradio) are good too. you can get me on msn. and since you are in new hampshire, you are only a couple hours ahead of me time wise. so, i will be on most of the day. let me know if you want to discuss the project.

**EDIT**
btw, Jerome, i like your portfolio. looks great bro.

That's true, some people do that for sure ...

However, contracts can bite the programmer in the ---, lets say we spend two weeks discussing what you want, and we're both on the same page, so development starts and a week into the programming, a feature that wasn't discussed in detail is written and it's not to your suiting, it's no ones fault, but yet the programmer has to go back and do it again, and they're not being paid. This puts more pressure on an already stress heavy situation, I don't believe there's a programmer on earth that doesn't worry the whole time that they are doing it right, even if you discussed it to the end of the earth.

As it happens, I'm too busy to take anything on right now ( and will be for about another month ), best to hold out for someone a little less experienced who might take the 50/50 share idea ...

Lastly, if in a month or so you haven't found a suitable programmer, please get in touch with me directly and we can discuss it properly ( I'm never in a position to accept a profit share of any kind ) ...

Good luck with your project, hope you find someone.

@Joe, that is a very good point about being stressed and losing money.

Wow,

I already have him on MSN. Don't know why or how I got his address, but Jerome if you need someone you can contact me. I'm the one who asked you about those templates for Web Games.

Thats fine. I don't take offense to it. I've done my share of buying and selling online (Of scripts) but it's your choice :-)
