I have had about 4-5 peopel do this in the last 3-4 weeks. It's quite annoying. i have 2 people in my billing system right now that did this. What do you guys do when people do this? call them? email them?

Just forget about it and delete the details after about a week.

Hey,

We have had a few people do this. If we see them unpaid in the system for over 2 weeks, we just mark the invoice/order as fraud.

Mark the order as fraud after 2 days or so and then set the account as "inactive" in my WHMCS so they do not get emails when we do a mass mailing

YE, i think its people "testing" to see if youll activate the account before they pay. I give them 2 weeks (since paypal transfers often take 10 days) after that i delete them.

Just set them to inactive after a few days. Nice to have more customers in the system ;)

I find it as a nuisence I delete clients that have no products/services after 2 weeks. It just clutters my billing system.

WHMCS has added a new feature... "Closed" account status.

I just put all frauds on "Closed" which prevents them from ordering or logging in.
