I need a CPM or even better PPPU(Pay-Per Popup/under) like www.ExitFuel.com that doesnt require a Tax ID because im 13 and i like in Australia so i don't have a Tax ID

You don't have to give a Tax ID if you are from Australia, but if you are only 13, you might need your parents to sign up on your behalf. Most require that you be 18 to join.

How many page views do you get per month, what type of site do you have.

www.mod-chip.com and www.popuptraffic.com dont need you to be 18.......www.popuptraffic.com looks like what i need is it good? and any other suggestions?

Well the signup forms often have a spot for views for month, so it might be best to wait until you get more visitors for starters.

I also noticed that your sig is for forums, is that the site you want to run ads on? If so, you will have even less choices :( And that is a free host no? Less choices again.

Usually companies ask for you TAX ID or SSN.

Only if you are a US citizen. I have never had to enter it.

But but alot of companies aren't so nice to the non-residents in the ways of accepting.

The majority will accept Australia, which is where the thread starter is from, providing that the majority of of pageviews are from USA, which mine are.
