It's an almost new, increasing in size daily, web proxy. We currently have over 16,000 Unique hits for this month and we have optimized our proxy to handle the load that hundreds of users using it per minute can put on it. Last night we had 2,500 people using it at once, and we optimized it then.
We will also have a soon-to-be new theme coming along, but for now just use http://sheildtech.com/ proxy.
If for some reason it's slow please PM me with the site you were at so we can fix it, I want to make this as optimized as I can, thanks.
Currently We block a few Major Video Hosting sites until we can learn how to make these cache data better on our local server.
