What do you mean, you have a host?
You have a hosting company that you need a site for?

By the sounds of it you looking for a CMS with and Forum.
People tend to use Joomal, CMS Made easy, PHPNuke and a few other things. Just search for CMS and check out the features you need. I personally like MKPortal.
Probly best to ask around as to whats the easiest to use since by the sounds of it your a beginner.

Good luck!

Forum script can be anything. vBulletin, Woltlab, phpBB, IPBoard etc.
Website, you can use a CMS, but remember not all hosts allow Joomla, so you best ask if you are using that CMS. For something simple, i would say use CMS made simple.

I would recommend the following:
Joomla CMS - http://www.joomla.org
MyBB Forum Script - http://www.mybboard.net

I use both and have done me justice over the years.

I would recommend using phpBB2 (http://phpbb.com) or phpBB3 (http://phpbb.com).

I personally use phpBB2 because it is more customizable :)
