Well I had an interested buyer, but at the last minute he pulled his offer so I'm left with the site again. I'm selling the domain and forum of my web host:
havokhost.com

The domain has a PR of 2: according to http://www.prchecker.info/
The domain also has 435 backlinks according to domain-pop.com

The alexa rating of the site is currently 1,000,015

The domain is registered through Xidomains.com and expires on: 14-Jan-2009

The forum (located at the url havokhost.com/v2) has 807 posts in 252 threads, and 53 members, with the most members on the site coming at 65 on 04-12-2008 at 08:45 PM.

The forum has 3 clients still hosted, which can be switched to your hosting server. The forum still has few members who are willing to come back and post.

I'm selling this at 50 dollars, so please reply if interested or try and offer something.

HavokHost.com is under brand new management

I want to first thank the previous owner, Sam, for keeping a good eye on the forum. But recently on digitalpoint he sold the forums to me and I am now running it and the server also.

There will be a lot of changes to the site we will be making a new skin and maybe new forums. I dont know if the host will be free anymore. Im thinking that it should be paid hosting only.

I'm debating this if any previous members or mods or support want to elaborate please do so.

It's only 4 months old?!?

Alexa as we know is down to the toolbars installed, so never gave that ranking any credibility. (as no one in their right mind would install a data mining toolbar - or would they :P )

That bit's worrying, do the clients know? Are they paying for hosting? Why would the members be 'willing' to come back and post? Are they hosted because of posting?

Not having a knock at you, but you have raised some questions so best get them cleared up in one go if possible :)

It's a free web host. And they know about the switch, it's been known for awhile. The reason the last deal didn't go down was because the owner thought I was selling prchecker.info, lol just like what stuffradio (ironic isn't it.)

So just to clear it up, I AM SELLING HAVOKHOST.COM, NOT PRCHECKER.INFO :D

Also, 50 was just what I wanted you can offer whatever you want.
