There's a lot of places, those are just the ones I've used.

Then work out what domain name you need, then possibly a host.

Then see how many sports socks you can sell :D

Yahoo has a deal where you can get a Dot Com for $1.99 / First Year. I am using them. Just be sure to cancel after the first year or its $12.95 to Renew. Oh I forgot to mention, they accept PayPal. That is what I used to buy my domain =)

you have a bank account, so are you of legal age to get a bank card?
because, most of the time PayPal flips out about the card issue, regardless of if you are paying directly from your bank.

also, what do you class as cheap? GoDaddy is cheap. Even at $10 for a .com, but with coupons get it for $6.

Search google for coupons, should be plenty around, highly recommend namecheap.com

For a quick look around i would say use retailmenot.com (the only downside, is there are people who still wish to post fake coupons for no reason)

Godaddy also allows paypal payments and they have on going discount coupons which you can use to purchase your domains.
