So far, the cheapest ive come across is an £18 per lesson one. i have no idea what company it is as my friend said he will give me the number!

Your help will be appreciated, thanks!

I learned to drive in GTA, I actually had like less than an hour of training behind the wheels in RL before my test. I passed with score of 96%.

I thought things were supposed to be more expensive in California...

I paid $250 and that was a little over-priced.

Theres a place like... an hour away that has lessons for $60 each. 3 lessons, right? Comes to... $180.

Not the entire United States. Maybe your county.

That should be changed personally.
You should have to be at least 21 in the US to drive, driving is more dangerous than drinking.
Driving without a license is more of an affence than drinking underage.

Oh, I was talking about the actual driving lessons.... behind the wheel.

I paid $60 for online driving school. Best choice I ever made. I learned it all over the internet while I was in my underwear.

My parents paid for lessons for me, 'twas about $7-800 which included the school (Yes, I had to go to driving school *rolls eyes*), and yeah... about 4 4 hour classes in class, and I don't know... 10 lessons in car? Something like that.

Here's one example (http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache:e_hOkT3trUIJ:www.peachtreeridge.org/department_pages/PRHSCommunitySchool/dredjuly07.pdf+$295&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=5&gl=us&client=firefox-a) after 3 minutes on Google.

The cost of the Driver’s Education course at PRHS Community School is $295

What you are referring to is a community school it is not a high school. I'm referring to a normal High school class that is held during the normal school day. A student goes to a class room just like they would for, English, math, science, etc. It would be like any other class period.

Example:
http://driverseducation.mysdhc.org/

http://gbn.glenbrook.k12.il.us/academics/drivered/home.htm

http://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/cr/dr/drvedufaqs.asp

Now not all schools in all county's offer it.
Some only offer it in the summer.
Some offer it as a online class that they do charge for.
Yes the op is in London, I was merely stating if he was in school his High school might offer it or might have offered it.
Thanks for the info on the UK Mentok.
Tree do you have a first hand example like (Example: I live in Anderson South Carolina My High School Pendleton here charges $150 for us to take a class.)

In the UK.
