You know..it's interesting..you find stuff when you are not looking for 'em.

I had been looking for a decent alternative to kayako..and failed most miserably a few days ago.

Today..I'm making the control panel rounds..and sign up for a parallels account..so I can get temp keys for various offerings.

Nothing happened...no email. I waited for an hour. Nothin.

Ok..went back to the website..and there was a email for sales. Fired a email off and..well, well...a RT login. I remember many, many moons ago coming across this before..but forgot about it.

Help desk alternative solved. RT looks very decent..and it's free.

Odd, I've never even heard of that software. But, I think I'll stick with iPanel.
