I've got a request...but read past my two line intro (the underlined part) at the start if you want.

My name's Alex, I'm new to the site but I wanted to ask a question.

This is really quite intrusive and maybe is asking too much, especially for a first post.

I was hoping someone could make me a fairly quick movie/animation using flash or any other type of format that can be transferred to Windows Media Player, or similar.

It's a wierd request but it's for a competition in Western Australia, where I'm living in which you can win tickets to the Australian Football League (AFL) Grand Final in Melbourne, a life-long dream. All I want is the video so I can hopefully send it into them. It's one popular with entries of pictures not movies and they want variety.

Really, anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. I was requested this site by a member from another site called "cronic5". He said people are willing to help over here, so I was hoping I could get to know this site better and request this be done.

Thanks guys,
Alex

I was going to PM you, but... you don't accept PMs (nor e-mails) on the forums. You'd have a better chance at asking the Newgrounds.com BBS (http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/) if you ask me.

@Johnson and the rest: We'll talk later.

Maybe if you could post where the competition is if it's on a web site or more info on what's required, someone else might be able to help do a competition entry for you to send in to win the prize!:rolleyes2

you could make your own:)

If your using a mac your fine, but I guess your probably not:

windows movie maker - really not a bad piece of kit - normally under accessories. You could create a montage or something to that effect while adding images/text/music as you wished. This is how most video montages are made on youtube.

There's more great software available, you'd be better off making your own work - you're likely to get what you want!
