I require web hosting with the following requirements:

Google Data Addon For Zend
FFMPEG
PHP5
About 500mb>1gb of webspace will suffice
>200gb Bandwidth
Ability to use a lot of processing power (this will spike during the course of a day and I do not want to be suspended for it!)


Budget: Depends on what is offered.

Other information required when stating a quote:

How long you have been a host.
How many domain names you host?
What your current uptime this month is and what it was for the previous month.
How many other sites would be hosted on the same server and my new site will be very resource intensive.


VPS is prefered!

Basically what I am saying is that I need a decent VPS. Obviously if it cant cope I will upgrade.
