Hey!
I have got my new laptop with Vista installed. What you think better reinstall with XP or leave Vista?

Leave Vista, I myself am using it and it's good.

Give Vista a try. If you don't like it, there's always dual booting :P

Once you've got used to Vista and let it index all your PC.. it runs awesome. Trust me, the little features it has I can't live without. For example the search function is awesome. The fact that if something freezes it doesn't halt your whole PC like XP does.

My opinion is to reinstall with XP!

That's true. Instead of freezing, Vista trys to run the process which just creates excessive lag instead of an unresponsive computer :P. I got Vista on my laptop and when I switched back to XP on my desktop, my eyes just got irritated by the graphics that XP uses. Even at the highest quality for XP, it just can't compare to Vista :).

If you have hardware good enough for Vista, then it's actually pretty good.

Leave Vista installed. It solves all the problems automatically. I've never seen BSoD while Vista is running;)

Why not, I mean since it's installed already and you've yet to experience what it's like in the long run, just try it :D

I liked it from the beginning. Now I still do.

You don't really have to hate vista if you're a mac fanboy -_-

Same, I was trying it when the beta was out... didn't really like it at first but I got used to it.

Yes you do. The correct version is you don't have to hate vista if you're a mac fan.

Mac fanboys are inherently retarded. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fanboy

Thanks.

I'd leave Vista installed. Like others have said, Vista runs great if you have the correct hardware.

Yes you do, just as Corazu has said. And it's not only Vista. It's Windows, Bill Gates etc, people and things which are apparently "less cool" than them.

Don't worry about Vista: Wait for this to go by (http://iyeru42.info/count.html). If you can't remember what this countdown is for. I suggest you go over to Wikipedia and find out about Windows Seven.

Windows Seven brings back the old Display Properties in the Desktop Right-Click menu, which Vista had removed.
