I'm looking for a dedicated server with the following specs, any offer with minimum price will be preferred! budget <=$80, will be paying in advance for 6 months or a year if the offer is good!

Hi,

You either need to raise your budget or lower your requirements. Since you're going to be using this as a VPS node, I seriously recommend increasing your budget.

Anyways, keeping with your requirements, the cheapest I can do is :

2GB DDR2 RAM
320 GB HDD
1500 GB Bandwidth
16 IP's (13 Usable)
HyperVM+OpenVZ Preinstalled
