We have multiple partners, i cant really go into to much detail about this as it would break our contract details with these partners.

I'm sorry i cant clarify it as much, we are allowed to say we have partners but we can't give out any details about them.

How is reassuring clients their site will remain up by explaining how your server is stable against any contracts?
