I recently had my gaming site accepted into Advertising.com, and I have a question for their existing publishers..What are the CPM rates they are usually offering for 468x60 banners? Also, I noticed that a couple of their smaller banner 88x31, 120x60 don't appear to have any paying inventory, is this regular?

inventory is "fair" cpm rates i cannot figure out because for some reason then include their CPA and CPM rates in the same column. Their smaller buttons spawn pop ups, which is silly, but i've earned about 18 dollars with 150,000 banner impressions....not bad....i got 8 bucks from someone doing a CPA though, a majority of their banners are CPA, sadly...
