Im looking for something around there or a vps should be ok but it has to handle as a back up server and some teamspeak server please contact me asap this offer is only open limited time! Uptime has to be an option and i will do a review in 3 months about your company! i can guarantee that i can prepay up to 6 months if the deal is right if you can include cpanel in a deal also on a vps or a dedicated server for a little bit more go right ahead! please shoot the offers now

Hate to pop your bubble, but you really won't find a VPS with that amount of specs, even for $25 without a control panel.

You are asking for cPanel as well, cPanel is typically $15/m for a VPS, and MORE than $25/m for Dedicated. I'd up your budget a lot, then you may get a reliable offer.

cPanel/WHM isn't typically $15.00, most providers offer it for lower e.g. our price is $5.00

Depends on if you get internal or external licenses. Wait for the price increase on VPS Licenses :P
