So wait, you want to learn a... Web Programming language (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PHP), and then a computer programming language (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C_Sharp_(programming_language))?
What do you plan on doing? Making a C# Compiler that can compile using PHP Files? :S or do you plan to use PHP Files for the long lost art of terminal scripting?

And the best reference for PHP in the world (http://www.php.net/manual/en/indexes.php), which is how I got most of my PHP sites done.
MySQL.org is where you can search for correct syntax and stuff for MySQL. CGI is for proboards, leave them to CGI. :P
