i am after a vps that can be upgraded within the future at a reasonable cost

I am willing to pay up to $30 AUD with paypal per month to start with

please post your offer but this is some things i would like
No Setup / Extra Costs
Bandwidth: 500 GB
Dedicated RAM: 368-512 MB or more
Dedicated IPs: 2
PHP / Mysql
Coanel at no extra cost if possible if not i will use a free control panel that is provided like lxpanel or watever it is

I also would like this to be upgradable in the future at an extra cost

I think you will struggle to find a vps with 768mb dedicated ram from $30 /mo. If you lower your ram requirements its likely you will have a much better choice.
