Whats the up time and how long has this service been operating for?

This service has only been around for about 2 months and we only go down for scheduled maintenance, but we tend to only do that when there's hardly any traffic in or out.

That can't be scheduled then, just spur of the moment.
Scheduled is okay (and involves informing clients) and acceptable but you can't sit all day waiting for a quiet spell :)
