or is it?

Well i am making a MSN Messenger website with all the addons nickname effects bla bla bla

I need a host with:

Medium File Limit - My largest download is 900K
Medium Bandiwdth - Files are on avaerage 200-600K so bandwidth will soon mount up.
Preferably no adverts.

you mean data-transfer, not bandwith, unless you have lots of people at your site at any given time... Anyway, use one of the foreign hosts... if you dont need speed, go for dk3..

Dk3 has a 400 kb file size limit now, so they're out for Code Rush.
