Hi! We have been in the hosting business as resellers/master resellers for the last 3 years but are unhappy with our current service provider and hence, need to migrate to a new host immediately.

We are primarily looking to continue as a Master Reseller, Alpha Master Reseller or even a Direct Admin if the price is right? We are very particular about solid uptime guarantee, spam free email, robust server performance and decent rates. Pls reply only if you can ensure this and also read the questions below

1. Do you have master reseller plans or other similar plans? Give us the server specs? bandwidth and space details? etc

2. Does the server support M3U format linked MP3 streaming/ Shoutcast streaming or any other forms of audio/video streaming? some clients require these? For audio streaming, most clients prefer software like www.radioblogclub.com

3. Do you provide full customisation (ie) Private Custom Name Server (Name Server Branding). Are there any restrictions for server Branding or on the number of resellers/accounts we can appoint.

4. What software can be hosted/not hosted - warez, adult, etc.. Our clients are a varied mix so we need to know this.

5. what kind of support do you offer?

We allow MP3 streaming; however note that it uses your bandwidth so just be aware of that. Regarding Shoutcast I'm pretty sure you would have to get our dedicated server to manage the full bandwidth for shoutcast.
