Hi,
I am looking for offers and recommendations for colocation providers. I am not satisfied with my current location.
Requirements
10U Rack space currently
5mbps bandwidth or 95th percentile billing
Free IP's
24x7 included remote hands and support
Free reboots
Good connections
Controlled temperate (I've seen places who say their temperature ranges from 20 Celsius to 35 Celsius (95 Fahrenheit)
Affordable
I am flexible on location, U.S. only though.
I've contacted a few of the bigger names and the prices are unreasonable (The Planet, HE.net)
Any offers or recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks

Located on Long Island.....More than helpful when I was asking them a few pre-sales questions.
Taken from their site,
- 1/4 rack (19" open relay rack)
- 600 watts AC power (UPS/generator)
- 16 IP addresses (upgradeable)
- 5 Mbps port (unmetered)
- Global Crossing/Peer1 Blend
- Clean network (no spam or IRC)
- 24x7 server monitoring
- Reverse DNS for all IPs
- Optional Remote Power Controller
- 24x7 Support System
- $399 Monthly / $129 Setup
but you might be able to work something even better out if you give em' a call.

utcrazy - My friend Amaresh who used to own EpicVPS highly recomended http://sentris.com/ for colocation - Their website is crappy, but he said that the service is unbeatable. Best of luck with your search.

Not exactly, they keep that a secret from the public for high security reasons.
I know they do have their own facility, and its somewhere in the Port Jefferson area. The info on their domain is their mailing address, not the dc itself :).
They actually just added Mzima to their bandwidth mix, another plus for them :-)

Ubiquity recently expanded and has a ridiculously nice setup in Chicago, also using Mzima and XO bandwidth.

It's odd that UPS is not standard on their power options. The prices are great though, but I'm a bit hesitant to trust my boxes there.

You may want to contact FortressITX (www.fortressitx.com) and see what their rates are... I hear they are relatively reasonable, and the network is exceptional.
Marlin eSolutions (www.marliness.net) down here in Orlando has a very good reputation as well, but their bandwidth is quite pricey.

Gotham Bus's DC is located in Mount Sinai, Long Island. It is close to Port Jeff. I've been on a tour to the DC myself about 2.5 years ago.

Are you interested in Canada (Toronto)? I know that it says US, but was wondering if you're open to it. I can get you a sweet deal.

Just to correct Hunter's earlier comment regarding Sentris, although I never colo'ed there, I had a box with them and apart from a slight hiccup when one of the switches failed, I've had no other issues. I'd highly recommend them as for the price they're unbeatable.
