I have just re-designed and re-launched my Pay per click Contextual Banner/Text Advertising website. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nice layout id say.

I think that the movement needs to be more fluid though, the text almost stumbles across the screen, the CPC banners text seems to jitter, the company logos are sometimes difficult to read and some images are clearly of low quality (can see them pixalated or with very rough edges, as if someones been having fun with lasso and magic wand tools :D)

Id also add the

overflow-y:scroll;
}

rule to the css (keeps the scroll bar visable at all times, so the page doesn't shift from side to side as you switch between pages that do, or do not exceed the page height)

Again, a little bit of fine tuning to turn it from a "nice" website into a "slick" one, and your well away.
