Need Dedicated Server [URGENT]

I am in urgent need of a dedicated box. Specifications as follows. Would like these or as close to as possible with a price range of no more than $100 per month. Anything above that will be removed.

Intel P4 2.8GHz Single or Dual Core CPU
120GB Hard Drive
1024MB - 2048 MB Memory
2500GB Premium Bandwidth
5 Usable IPs
Free Setup

Currently getting it for $79.99 per month. So anything around that would be great.

Support needs to be top notch as does Uptime. Would prefer the servers be located in the USA. and come with no less than a 99.5% Uptime. DeiseHost always had a good rep for Uptime and Support up to recently due to DC screw ups. I would like to get back to my old Rep.

No Control Panel needed as I have a cPanel license and Fantastico License.

It's all done. But it seems that the support reps are not very educated. A few times I had to point them in a direction, such as why sites were not showing up - Result = Bind not installed.
That type of thing. So, best option for me and for the clients is to get a new provider.

It wasn't an offer, as I only offer VPS services. I wanted to get a feel for what you wanted and recommend a company based on that, I've had a good 20 servers with different companies in the past. Offer is still open, but either way it's up to you.

Their prices are a bit high, but their support and extra features you get from them are great.

You can always negotiate with them over live support and they will find whatever you need at a fair price.

I agree with locolijo about softlayer. You can find a better price somewhere else.. but there support is excellent and very knowledgable. There hasn't been an answer they couldn't answer!

There servers are also top notch.
