5GB Disk (Actually, I only need 250MB after OS)
250GB Bandwidth
128MB RAM (256 min burst)
CPU is unimportant; Celeron is ok.
No control panel needed.
Must allow IRC.
Debian preferred.

I'd like to keep the price as low as possible, annual/semi-annual prices would be great.

Hello Kyle,

We do as long as it doesnt cause any issues on the network and doesnt become a part of the larger networks such as EFnet etc.

Do you mind us asking why IRC is required?
