What you asking for is for hosts, etc. with lots of IP's they don't mind being blacklisted, or am I wrong?

Opt-In data is relative, did all the entries opt-in directly to your 'offer' or is it another list which gets widly circulated?

I'm also wondering as an 'opt-in' mailer why you choose to use a gmail address and not your 'reputible company or service' domain e-mail?

Also it's to mention it's your business, so why don't you use your own IPs? That's like me asking Microsoft to pay for my computer to use their OS.
