Looking For Reviews Etc

Hey folks,

In the middle of doing a new design for DeiseHost.
So far I have just the main page done.
This is NOT Joomla! :P
I did the design in PhotoShop and coded it in HTML and CSS in DreamWeaver.
It's colorful, which is what I was aiming for. Bright, colorful and welcoming.
I saved the page as .php and will do the same with the rest of the pages. It will make it easier to integrate PHP scripts such as Billing system, if I chose to do this.

You followed the Globe Tutorial? :D

Color scheme looks ok, and the layout itself i dont mind.

Shared Reseller Dedicated needs work, the pics look either low quality or blown up.
The way the gradient splits like that too i dont like. Looks like its reflected, reversed.

The Header text needs somthing too, either to be larger ot Shrink the globe. Not sure, but it doesnt quiet suit to me.
Space out the Nav bar a lil more?

The images in the shared, reseller and dedicated boxes are just made slightly transparent to fit the colors a little. The split Gradient is called "Web 2.0" ;)
I see what you mean by the header text and the globe. Personally, I like how it is. But, we'' see how many people think it should be changed. I agree it could do with some changing somehow.

1. The globe is kinda... fat? Maybe a slight decrement in width would make it look better?
2. Use a lighter blue and orange for your box bgs, the contrast is too little.
3. A slight bottom margin on the body so that the footer doesn't just end and stick to the bottom at the end of the scrolling.

Just my 2 cents.

I have a 1px margin on top and bottom as is. Will add another 2 or 3 later to see how she rocks.
