Over or Under?

Should toilet paper be dispensed over the top from down under? :confused4

my mom is the only person i know that does it under, so, i used to, but, now i do it over. technically, if you look at the patternt on the paper, it is really meant to be over, but, it doesnt really matter.

Easier to tear without yanking half of it off of the roll and onto the floor as if a kitten got ahold of it this way.

Err I voted over because that's how it is now, but TBH I've never even noticed what I usually use, LOL.

Over is the way it is supposed to be because of presentation... When a roll is changed the first sheet (which is on top) has its two corners folded to look like a triangle or what ever.

Over. Definitely. If it's under, you can't always easily find the end of the roll to start pulling on. With over, you never get this problem.

mine would be over. never though of using the other way anyway. as long as i can use it, i don't really care how it is being use. i guess.
