When I click the Submit button on registration page -
nothing is going on

though the button seems to be active.

All the fields are filled. No any warnings.

can you try to install SMF software on your hosting account
by means of SMF Webinstall tool
and eliminate obstacles for such installation ?

Taking in account that FreeWebspace.net is not appropriate
for Human communications -
please create your gritoadmix on my current forum
for further dialogue.
