Assistance Needed - Server Management Company

Ok here goes,

I am starting my own server management company which will be cheap budgeted services to the public securing and hardening there servers, I think i have been in the industry long enough to get the jist of what clients want, Also i done alot of this work with geekracks management plans.

I am looking for 4 staff members when the site is setup and ready to go for the smooth running of the services.

1. Sales Manager - Controlling day to day sales & marketing schemes and keeping tabs on sales reps. x1 (Pay to be negotiated)

2. Sales Rep's - Encouraging future clients to sign up to our services, aswell as selling additional products to clients (pay is % of each sale to be negotiated) x2

3 Server Technician - Doing all the technical work on the clients servers such as firewall's, basic whm setup, server migration, basic security hardening x1 ( pay depending on knowledge)
