Hey guys, I was wondering if you could possibly review the new 2009 design of my website AdzFolio.
The website's link is http://www.adzfolio.com/ now I understand the Blog & Portfolio areas are premade WordPress themes, and I shall be changing them to something home-made soon, but apart from that, just looking for reviews on the main site home design and site info area design/layout.
Thanks,
Adam :wink2:

The design is more suited as a splash page. I don't really see how content can be inserted into that layout.
Got any plans to tweak the layout such that it's content-friendly?

Dude. I am feelin that first page. Really diggin the hand-drawn cityscape.
But, like hamster said, it doesn't suit the other pages well.

Hamster & Ben: On the note of content and tweaks, not really... I'm just unsure on whether it can be adapted into content pages, if you have any suggestions then do feel free to pass them over.

Actually i quiet like the design. Noy a big fan of the color tho.
So the front page is more of an intro screen, isnt that the point of that page?

That is what the page is for yes, it's to introduce people to the site.

I agree. I really like that home page but doesn't go well with your blog and portfolio especially.
Also, I don't know if its just me or not, but there's a slight delay in loading the pages.

Now that I can't fix, I think it's something to do with pre-caching the files, god knows what

Adam, the splash page is beautiful, I was hoping the blog would follow suit but I got a name with a default image, the portfolio was the same..
