I would like to asked some people to review this site r0c0.com - Free Image Hosting. I do hope you can share inputs and more ideas on how to improve this one based on user usability and how to make it more user friendly.

You may want to add a terms of service. You have a line that states "I Agree to the Terms Of Service", but there is no link.

2 MB Maximum Upload File Size

So what is the maximum file upload size?

I'd say its an image host script thrown on a junk domain name and called a website. I'm not being mean or anything, nice site, very simple and easy to follow. It could definitely make some revenue with AdSense if you get enough traffic going to it. Be careful though, image hosts use a LOT of bandwidth, with people hotlinking, ect.
