Also, some questions from me..
How much money is going out of the company?
What would you estimate your total annually profit?
What kind of client numbers have joined, then left your service?
Do you have any current valid testimonials online?

As I think it's only fair, the replies to my questions, from a pm...
Me: How much money is going out of the company?
sharpweb: it is on a 24.95 reseller account with hostgator
Me: What would you estimate your total annually profit?
sharpweb: What kind of client numbers have joined, then left your service?
total anualproffit is 800 we haven't had any clients leave in the last 3 months.
I know you may want to keep this private but I think it should be said to give people an idea on what to offer. I am still interested, but would need to see some more stat's etc from you regarding it.
Note: for people who like to -rep me for no reason, I ain't bashing this post, so please stop...

i will offer $250. and i dont want the reseller account, design, or anything, just the clients. if you will do that, then i would do a cpanel transfer, and move them all to my server.
one thing you have to consider is that some of these people may leave if you sell the company, so, no one is going to offer you a whole lot.

I will offer $450 after 30 days of monitoring your server service as a "turn-over" period. I think that is the best way so that if gives you're users a change to ask the new-owner questions and insure that we are working together.

I can second the comment, if you sold to Justin at $250, they'd be in good hands :)

I can guarantee that if I was to receive these clients, they will be looked after under the client relations scheme my company True Website Solutions has in the making. But the ultimate decision is up to you Sharpweb.
My offer stands at $400 (outright price, nothing remaining) I will take the current reseller that they are on and transfer them to my servers. They will be in good hands with me.
