Im having some problems with setting up nameservers! The problem seems to be that the domain that I created nameservers will not work.

I registered the nameservers with the domain registrar which seems to have gone fine.

Heres what I registered: (domain, stoneroc.info)
registered NS -
ns1.stoneroc.info 66.109.23.172
ns2.stoneroc.info 66.109.23.173

Now I believe they point the server from viewing http//ns1.stoneroc.info and http//ns2.stoneroc.info

Im sure I set everything up as normal in WHM and added the A entrys even restarted bind a couple of times.

One thing I also tried was ssh into /etc/wwwacct.conf but i got permission denied for some reason! same with /etc/resolv.conf

could someone please help figure this one out its starting to bug me.

Yes I have already viewed that thread, nothing on there helped me. I have checked /etc/wwwacct.conf /etc/resolv.conf and everything seems to be in order.

Resolv.conf

Xsearch example.com
nameserver 66.109.23.172
nameserver 66.109.23.173

nameserverips

66.109.23.172=ns1.stoneroc.info
66.109.23.173=ns2.stoneroc.info
66.109.23.174=0
