View Full Version : Are Deasoft always slow with support?

I opened my first support ticket with Deasoft who create the WHMreseller cPanel plugin. I can't believe how long I've been waiting for a support reply. I created the support ticket on Sunday, it's now Wednesday and still no reply at nearly 3PM.

Basically, I have a problem where WHMreseller shows an error whenever a reseller tries to create an account which is to use a dedicated IP. Everything else is fine and it all seems to be setup ok too. Also, it's showing that version 3.3 is available but clicking update doesn't do anything.

I was thinking this was a nice addition for our resellers, but if I can't get support for it, it's not useful at all.

Has anyone else waited a long time for a support reply from them?

WHMreseller is always slow on response! Sometime they never answer your support ticket.

We are about to disable WHMreseller on our server, cause of the lack of support for the software.

I'm thinking about doing the same. I decided to get a monthly license to try them out for a bit as the trial didn't really give us enough time to trial it.

Yeah, we were offering this with cPanel VPS' at vpsWOW but the support was rubbish and the software has many glitches, so we're left developing our own atm.

John try to call them. Sometimes that should speedup process of the ticket reviewing
