I opened my first support ticket with Deasoft who create the WHMreseller cPanel plugin. I can't believe how long I've been waiting for a support reply. I created the support ticket on Sunday, it's now Wednesday and still no reply at nearly 3PM.
Basically, I have a problem where WHMreseller shows an error whenever a reseller tries to create an account which is to use a dedicated IP. Everything else is fine and it all seems to be setup ok too. Also, it's showing that version 3.3 is available but clicking update doesn't do anything.
I was thinking this was a nice addition for our resellers, but if I can't get support for it, it's not useful at all.
Has anyone else waited a long time for a support reply from them?
