I think I'm about to pass out.

Picked up this virus/flu thing. (In summer... How unfair).

My eyes literally feel like they're burning, my throat is just ugh, my entire body aches, I can't LOOK at anything (just typing this I've had to look away/close my eyes about 12 times).

I seriously can't move or even breathe without hurting in a million places at once.

And I keep getting feverish. I have no idea if it's hot or cold.

And everyone here is away today or something - so essentially I'm going to be the only one "covering the fort" for a while. So I can't go home. But, yeah, I think I'm dying.

So I only have one set of flu pills for daily (unless I want to take the night ones and actually pass out for real) - so I'm trying to save them as long as I can.

Oh my god.

So

It took me about 2 hours to convince myself to go get some water. And now I've finished it! What do I do? It's just so hard to move :(.

Also I'm kind of dopey with these pills. But my eyes have stopped burning. But the pills just kind of make me a bit hyper, I think relief at having some symptoms go away?

It's just so uncool to have a flu thing in such hot weather. Seriously :(.

Also - BV was my QWERTY-face preventer and he's gone :(.


UPDATE: I'm no longer cold, I am now extremely hot. And clammy. And ready to run home and sit in the fridge.

Also, aspirin, tylenol, or ibuprofen to break the fever and help with the aches. Loratadine should take care of the itchy/burning eyes.

Pop menthol cough drops like they're ----ing skittles. You'll reek of menthol, but your throat will feel better.

Go home and SLEEP ASAP.
