In one way your are right but in reality you are wrong. Apart from the US TLD .com .net .org, most other countries now days use TLD's like .com.uk .com.nz etc. Yes when you sign up you get a 3rd level domain like yourname.com.nz but in realy this is considered a domain for Newzealand (just assume for example).

So when you sing up with us you get a name like www.yourname.nam.am and that is similar in size like any country level domain name. More importantly its even easier to remember .nam.am (nam as NAME, am as I AM). So from our view point this is a cool solution for any business and personal requirement.

I am glad that you raised this issue. More imprtantly some people have the notion that registering a .com name will give them more exposure in search engine that other TLD's.
