i keep getting this on my at tripod.co.uk

This message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

They were having problems yesterday too, as were many hosts. See here.

Maybe there's a notice on their main page about server errors or something? :confused2

I have noticed it sometimes appears when the server is overloaded
