I'm currently selling this very clean looking hosting design that I never ended up using.

This design is not currently coded, however it will be coded after a down payment has been secured.

Pricing Details:

- Price: only $200

- (A 50% down payment is initially required for coding work to begin) The remaining 50% will be due when design has been fully coded.

- Payment by paypal only.

All files will be sent to the buyer after the full payment has been made.

Design Details:

- Will be delivered fully coded, within 2-3 business days after down payment.

- 100% unique and has never been used in a production environment.

- Will only be sold once.

- Buyer will receive full rights, including reseller.

Thank you for the kind words. However, I'll tell you what. This is without a doubt the only forum I know of, in which the members absolutely drill the watermarking theory into everyone. In reality, if someone wants to steal a design bad enough, a watermark won't stop them. Now, that being said, I'm certainly not showing a coded live preview to the public. Sure, a watermark might slow some rippers down, however inevitably, there will be people that will see this design un-watermarked at some point or another. Who's to stop someone from ripping the design the moment the buyer puts it up? The first place rippers look typically aren't forums like this. It's much, much easier for them to browse and search the hundreds of design galleries (cssdrive etc) before locating some design link buried in a forum.

In my experience, anytime I post a watermarked design, I'm ultimately asked to show tons of people who are interested, the non-watermarked version. I simply don't have that kind of time at the moment. Un-watermarked designs sell consistently on forums like sitepoint, talkfreelance, wht, and this forum really should be no different. Once the design is sold, the link above will be disabled. I do appreciate your concern, though.
