its not a server client cause i don't deal with servers atm. :P its a dude that emails me and harasses me on forums.
i know him (hes a nerdy hungarian that doesn't ---- off) and he deals with some extreme illegal activity.

I'd love to report him to his local police. i just dunno where to locate it, if interpol would have authority there cause he uses Hotmail and a ISP email address

He continuely sends death threats with images of a guy that got his head crushed in a mechanical accident.

he continuely blackmails a friend of mine who gave me his RL infomation.

This details with no hosts or nothing this ---- is gotten to a point i wanna report him to either the police or his ISP. his ISP is Chello ; provided by UPC Hungary.

Send the ISP a copy of the headers etc from the emails to there abuse department. Also recommend you call to have the email you sent in confirmed, get a reference for the case and continue to speak with management.

As with hotmail do the same!.

It wont stop him as it isn't hard these days to setup another account but its a step if your that concerned and want to do something. I personally would ignore it, unless he has the true ability to show up at your doorstep and hes proven it just block the person and walk away from it.

Just close his account and then ignore him. He is probably 15, and can't come after you. After awhile of you not responding, he will just move on to harassing someone else during his boring school days. :)

What he is doing is a serious crime and should be reported to the Police and dealt with accordingly.
In Ireland, a guy can get 10 years in Prison for a crime like that.
