Try www.pagelogs.com (if you want an invisible counter/stats)

You could use Stats4all and change the image to match your site's bg or set the width and height of it to 0 (this works on IE only). I believe there are 2 certain lines of code you have to remove to make it invisible, but I'm not completely sure.

Why don't you get www.webtrendslive.com , its not invisible, but its pretty good and the counter doesn't look too bad.
