Hello everyone,

Server Complete is currently looking for experienced and talented individuals that would like to be a part of a rapidly growing operation.

At this time we are looking for two technical support reps and two sales reps. We are also looking for a marketing/advertising director.

Technical support personnel should be experienced in the following areas:

cPanel/WHM
DirectAdmin
LxAdmin
HyperVM/OpenVZ
General Linux Knowledge
Basic Networking Concepts

Sales representatives should be able to answer general questions and promote on various web hosting forums and etc...

The last time we requested applicants, we received well over 50 emails... We only responded to those who we thought were qualified for the position and who we thought would work well on our team. I am sorry that you did not receive a response, but we ended up filling the positions with who we believed to be the best fit.

Dear Daniel from Server Complete,

That used to be a valid protocol back when it cost considerable money for someone to hand-mail back responses.

However, part of what everyone keeps musing over how "Gee, business is so much faster now" is what modern e-communication makes possible.

Once you have chosen your candidates, it takes no more than an hour to powerserve closure emails back to your applicants for those 50 emails. It need not be fancy. Just have your liason prepare a standard hiring closed letter. Then it truly is as simple as "Reply/ControlV" to paste the authorized reply/Send". You're already pulled out the hirees, so you just drill everyone left in your inbox.

Is there a minimum age? Also, is it commision pay or salary? Any software needed?

Sales is by commission... Support would be a fixed amount.
