News Scroller

Hi.

I was wondering where I could find a simple news scroller than manually scrolls/up down when you put your mouseover an arrow, very similar to the one shown on this page: http://www.eye4designs.com/dedications.html

I've tried DynamicDrive and found no such scripts. DHTMLCentral had one but it used div positioning, which I don't want to use.

Can someone help me out? I'd appreciate it greatly.

They have some cool free stuff, just go into the downloads and they have DHTML and java things.... Lots of scrollers.
