I have a high server load problem.
How do I find out which servers are cauing this high server load and how have you guys over come this?

You could check the CPU usage within WHM. You can do that under Service Status: CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage.
You could also install Process Resource Monitor (PRM) which will help kill processes which use too much CPU/RAM every 5 minutes. There's a guide to installing PRM here: http://www.webhostgear.com/85.html
If an account is using way too much CPU then I'd recommend suspending it until you resolve the problem. Good luck. :)

Use top command in the console to check server load.

I use status2k server monitoring, it can target which accounts utilize more resources better than WHM.
