I know there is cpcreator.

This is for post2host.

I know there is more but forgot what they were called :)

The main demo is up, just their live demo is gone. You can download the trail too from their clientarea. Yeah their forums always been pretty inactive, most support is done through tickets.

TheHostingTool is another. I think the ability to do paid hosting through that is coming very soon.

And there is always WHMCS, my new favorite. :)

I don't suppose there is a forced ads option with WHMCS. (Pretty certain it is more focused around paid hosting?)

There is no forced ad option, but the makers of iPanel sell something that is called (I think) iAds, which works with cPanel to force ads.

Really, you cannot beat the superb-ness of WHMCS for billing/account management.

I agree with TSO, if you're are looking for a paid option go with WHMCS.
Then agen, if it's a free option, I made both cP Creator and TheHostingTool. Even though THT doesn't do paid (yet/never) it certainly has the reliability compared to cP Creator which doesn't work at all to be honest, so stay away.

Yeah, cpCreator was definitely disappointing. :-/ I liked THT a lot, in fact the only reason I didn't use it was because it did not support paid hosting. You should add this! ;)

TSO, it was definately in there for 1.2. ALOT was planned but I really don't have the time anymore AT ALL. My main hobby is guitar and building up a band tbh now. If someone would like to take it up...

People have been saying there's exploits to THT. But it's all hear-say.

I've never seen or heard about any exploits. The system is very strict. I'm open to hearing them.

Hmmm, I couldn't find a way to make it do paid hosting (only option was free), and I downloaded it directly from your site. :-/

The current version is 1.1.2, the dev version is 1.2 which most likely won't be realesed until someone takes it up or I get alot more spare time.

It's so strange for me to say this when the one above me is mr. THT... but tht is great, I am using it for some website and I think it's really great... have something quite similar to cpc and they have the same problem.. if creating more than 2 staff people the database become messy, but I had the opportunity to fix easily the tht but not the cpc one! It's stable and I tried many times to hack it! v_v quite impossible, there's another one that's really BUGGY, am talking about Free Hosting Script.. really really buggy but with a good core! I completely recoded it to work better and am using it to offer the free starting package with a signup code...

I was a user of thewebworld.org and I like it very much.
I've been visiting the site everyday since it was hacked and I just find out that someone just scammed us.

Will it restart to serve us?
